Ahead of 2026 and an exciting year for our clients in Philadelphia and Washington, DC, we are seeking an Account Director who is ready, willing, and prepared to lead both client accounts and key agency initiatives, while embracing the opportunities that Signature 57 will provide to challenge yourself and broaden your horizons.
The Account Director position at Signature 57 requires a strong knowledge of the media landscape, as well as team leadership skills as an agency and account leader. Closely adhering to budgets and timelines, an Account Director will assume a management role on accounts, often serving as the client lead. This role entails serving as the client liaison, managing and delegating workflow, and reviewing final materials before sharing/presenting to the client. Account Directors will have the opportunity to help mold and shape junior team members and office culture, partially through developing and leading Signature 57’s inaugural internship program, launching in January 2026. Additionally, this role will require leading initial new business calls, taking a leadership role in RFP responses and presentation creation, and joining in-person new business meetings.
